“We are a cross between fast food and casual dining, with a goal to provide fresh food, quickly to the local residents and office workers,” states Anthony Alleva, owner of Molto Ravioli together with wife, Marian.
“Unlike other fast food restaurants we want to emphasize that all the food is fresh and all the sauces are homemade on the premises.”
“Although ravioli is our specialty, one of our most popular items is the hand made meatballs served with fresh bruschetta. I highly recommend it, even if I to say so myself.
“By opening Molto Ravioli I am realizing a life-long dream. I inherited a love for cooking from my grandmother Maggie. I was helping her in the kitchen as soon as I could walk, and since then I have always wanted my own restaurant,” continues Alleva.
Alleva first worked in a restaurant when he was 14, then at 18 he went into the Navy and they dispatched him to The Culinary School of Arts.
He also created Chef For A Night, where dinner is prepared in your home as part of a romantic evening for two.
“Business has been better than anticipated and we are already seeing a lot of repeat customers,” concludes Alleva.
Menu items are reasonably priced with salads $3.95-$4.95, raviolis $7.29-$8.89 and pastas $7.29-$7.69
