Despite the challenges of launching a new restaurant and competing against large national franchises, he was determined to make his dream a reality.
He turned his vision into a Northridge restaurant where he combines high standards and quality ingredients to create zesty, tender chicken wings that have been satisfying Los Angeles area couples and families since 2005.
Now that he\'s made it big in LA, he\'s heading back to the home of hot wings: Buffalo, New York, for the National Buffalo Wing festival (www.buffalowing.com) on September 1 and 2, 2007. He will be the sole competitor from the West Coast pitting his secret sauces and West Coast flavors against wings from New York, Pennsylvania, and other states.
