Press Release Body: New Associate, Katherine B. Bandy will practice intellectual property litigation with Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor. Ms. Bandy joins the firm with a strong litigation background and experience in a variety of matters including trade secrets, contracts, and professional negligence, and she looks forward to pursuing matters for clients in all areas of intellectual property litigation.
Prior to attending Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School Law, receiving a J.D. cum laude in 2004, Ms. Bandy earned a Bachelor’s Degree is Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently participates in a number of professional organizations and continues to serve in leadership roles with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Ms. Bandy is a director on the DAYL board and serves as the board liaison to the Judiciary Committee and Barristers for Babies. In addition, she previously served as a trustee for the DAYL Foundation.
