with them in the development of a Talent Management software suite.

features of e-learning with traditional classroom and ‘on the job’ training allowing
users to have a truly blended approach to training.

Nvolve are currently in talks with a number of data management system providers in
the hope of extending their product functionality into the data area with tools like
Human Resource Management Systems integrated with their learning management system.
It is now their plan to make contact with performance management vendors with a view
to providing a fully integrated Talent Management System.

falling into the talent management area by mistake. Lots of them have the three core
components; HR systems, LMS and Performance systems but few of them have any of
these integrated therefore none of these are managed correctly nor are they getting

decided by partnering with some of these other vendors, Nvolve plan to offer a fully
integrated talent management system”.
