Banker Residential has teamed up with IDX, Inc. to incorporate a custom IDX solution
into the property search function of her website to make the process simpler for her
clients. Based in La Grange, Ill., Ruiz is a member of the Midwest Real Estate Data
MLS (MRED) and her clients are able to search thousands of listings in a seamlessly
incorporated format with the use of IDX Broker software. Using Internet Data
Exchange (IDX) technology, listing details are extracted from MRED and formatted to
Ruiz's specifications making them easy to search by using custom categories and
interactive tools.

Clients of Ruiz now have access to a multitude of search options including basic,
advanced, map, address, and listing ID each with their own unique advantages as well
as custom IDX tools that allow clients to link quickly to contact the listing agent
for more information, schedule a showing, print a flyer, email the property,
pinpoint the property on an interactive map, calculate likely mortgage payments, and
take a virtual tour. Clients can choose to save their searches and sign up for
automatic email updates when properties matching their saved criteria become
available on MRED.

Ruiz can edit all of her custom CSS and create custom XML codes for syndication to
all the popular real estate search websites through her administrative log-in. It is
through this log-in that Ruiz can manage her new leads and view client contact
information along with traffic reports detailing which pages of her site are being
viewed most frequently. This custom IDX solution offers a plethora of search options
for Ruiz's clients and administrative tools for her in an effort to make the
property search process easier and increase sales.
