Ed," will be presenting the lecture: "Using Herbs to Optimize Physical, Athletic &

Ed will be discussing the many health benefits of herbs and "super foods". As an
internationally respected teacher and lecturer on herbs and herbal healthcare, his
work and teachings incorporate old-world herbal folk wisdom with modern herbal
